English: ROCKLAND, Maine- Seaman Lucas Groom (RIGHT), of Prosser, Wash., teaches 4/c cadets how to properly handle lines aboard Coast Guard Cutter Eagle Monday, July 27, 2009. Permanent crewmembers take the 4/c cadets through 'school of ship', where the cadets learn how to climb aloft, how to line handle, and how to respond to various commands that are called when the ship is setting sail.
