Object history
English: Coat of arms of the Danish town Nykøbing Mors. The arms are canting showing a pigeon for the monastery of the Knights Hospitaller which was once situated in the town. The monastery was named Dueholm ("due" is Danish for pigeon) and was founded in 1370 by Jens Nielsen Due.
Dansk: Nykøbing Mors' byvåben. Våbnet er talende, og viser en due for det tidligere Johanniter-kloster Dueholm, der blev grundlagt i 1370 af Jens Nielsen Due.
