editDescriptionColegio cesar chavez dollar2.jpeg |
English: "Dollar" from Colegio Cesar Chavez containing a plea from college founder Sonny Montes to help save Colegio Cesar Chavez from closure. Printed in 1976. NOTE: This dollar bill is from 1976 and contains no copyright information. On the reverse side it contains a message from Sonny Montes, founder of Colegio Cesar Chavez, asking for aid in saving the college from closure. As the college did subsequently close in 1983, and no copyright information is actually available on this bill, it is assumed that the copyright is actually in the public domain. No one is deprived of any financial re-compensation as a result of this image being uploaded to Wikipedia, because this image and its content has no known face value. This document will soon be archived as part of the Multicultural Archives at Oregon State University. For more information, visit: http://archives.library.oregonstate.edu/oma/index.html |
