Description Panoramic view north of the Pine Creek Gorge in Colton Point State Park in Shippen Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, United States. This is taken from the third CCC-built overlook after entering the park. The rock outcrop on the left side of the gorge is Barbour Rock, the curve in Pine Creek below it is the famous Owassee Rapids (also sometimes known as Barbours Bend).
