Description
English: Commodore VZ Job, Commanding Officer, INS Dronacharya laid wreath at the War Memorial at St Francis Church, Fort Kochi on 11 December 2022 during Peace and Solidarity Ceremony. People from all walks of life and representatives of various socio-cultural organisations joined men in uniform, ex-servicemen, various wings of civil administration and local self-government bodies to remember those who made supreme sacrifice for country’s defence. Next-of-kin of those who laid down their lives in defence of our country were specially invited. Mother of Late Sepoy H Vaisakh and wife of Late Sepoy Shanavas A were honoured during the ceremony who sacrificed their life last year in line of duty.
