Català: El batle d'Artà, Rafel Gili, així com els regidors del municipi es sumaren a la iniciativa "Compromís homes per a la igualtat", que té com a objectiu potenciar la igualtat efectiva entre homes i dones a través de la implicació dels primers en la lluita per l’equiparació real dels drets.
La consellera d’Afers Socials, Promoció i Immigració, Fina Santiago; i la directora de l’Institut Balear de la Dona, Lila Thomàs, presentaren al Ple de l'Ajuntament d'Artà la iniciativa. A l'acte també participà la directora insular d'igualtat del Consell de Mallorca, Maria José Varela.
