Deutsch: Schema eines konfokalen Laserscanningmikoskops. Der Anregungsstrahlengang (grün) ist nur soweit gezeichnet, wie er nicht mit dem Detektionsstrahlengang (rot) überlagert. Die Anregungslochblende wird in modernen Geräten häufig durch das Ende einer Glasfaser ersetzt, mit der das Laserlicht eingekoppelt wird. Zum Abrastern des Präparats mit dem Laserstrahl werden die Scanspiegel bewegt, einer für die x-Richtung, und einer für die y-Richtung. |
