ON my work around the city, March 19, 2014 Christchurch New Zealand. A Multimillion-dollar project.. The five-storey multi-use complex at 287-293 Durham St would look over the historic Provincial Council Buildings, the project manager said. It would offer three blocks of premium retail and office space with associated cycle parks, sheltered courtyards and 123 car parks, making it suitable for the retail, business and hospitality sectors. Formerly home to Amuri Courts and URS Landsborough House, the 4068-square-metre site extends from Armagh St to Gloucester St, and is bounded by Durham St to the east. It is close to planned anchor projects, including the convention centre, the Avon River park and the cultural and performing arts precincts.
