English: Cross section through Convallaria rhizome, fluorescent staining
Deutsch: Querschnitt durch Convallaria-Rhizome, Fluoreszenzfärbung. Von oben nach unten ca. 500 µm. Links zentrale Teile des Rhizoms, rechts der äußere Rand. Das Bild wurde aus drei separaten Aufnahmen zusammengefügt. Zwei-Photonen-Mikroskopie mit 840 nm Anregung, Falschfarben entsprechen drei Echtfarben-Kanälen in blau, grün (525/50 nm) und rot.
