Description
English: Video 1. Time lapse videomicroscopy of U87MG cells. The video shown is of U87MG cells that were transduced with retrovirus made with pLPCX vector expressing a shRNA to green fluorescent protein (as a control). Time lapse videomicroscopy was performed as described in Materials and Methods. Images were taken at 5 min intervals for 20 h. The video is a representative example of three videos of these cells.
