Description
English: Corfe Castle This is taken in the Inner Bailey of the ruined Norman castle in the Isle of Purbecks. The Inner Bailey is the highest it is possible to climb in the castle nowadays. Most of the castle including the tall, main tower was destroyed in the year 1643 during the English Civil War.
