Description
English: Watercolour painting of the Coffin Block Building at the corner of Front and Wellington Streets in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Based on a pen and ink drawing by William J. Thomson, dated 1894 and reproduced in "Landmarks of Toronto" v.3, p.47, which itself is based on a photograph, ca. 1872. Toronto Public Library notation speculates that watercolour might be by Owen Staples, ca. 1912.
