ARTICLE ON LAN AIRLINES (SPANISH) CONTAINS A FEW INACCURACIES:

1) Twin-engined Martin 2-0-2 aircraft were introduced in 1947 (not in 1950)

  and inaugurated the flights to Buenos Aires over the Andes the same year.

2) The Douglas DC-3 that crashed on 13 April 1954 was not a LAN Airlines plane,

  but belonging to FACH (Chilean Air Force).

3) LAN Airlines introduced Douglas DC-6B aircraft into its fleet in 1955. They

  WERE NOT De Havilland DHC-6, as the article says.
