English: FA dynamics in GFP-FAK WT cells after Scr siRNA transfection. GFP-FAK WT cells were transiently transfected with Scr siRNA (Dharmacon). 48 hour post-transfection cells were plated at subconfluent density on FN coated (2 µg/ml) glass bottom dishes (MatTek), serum starved (12 h), treated with growth media supplemented with 50 ng/ml EGF and imaged every 2 min for 1 h. Images were acquired as described for Video 1. |
