Magyar:  : Kozák lovas szobra (másnéven ' Malinovszkij szobra ' avagy a A szovjet hősi emlékmű, Pátzay Pál, 1957, 1945, a szobor talapzat hátoldalán a szovjet hősök már megfakult névsora felette a szovjet címer ) 1956. október 26-án a szobrot összetörték (megj. a lovas fejét sikerült megmenteni, az ma a Jósa András Múzeum raktárában található) A művész újra elkészíthette szobrát kissé nagyob méretben 1957-ben ' hátul az Eötvös utca 2 szám? '- Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg megye, Nyíregyháza, Luther utca Kereszt utcai kiszélesedésénél /nem! a Hatzel tér!!/

According to the article 67 Paragraph (3) the author’s name has to be indicated on a view if this is intended to present a specific fine art, architectural, applied art or industrial design creation or engineering structure. The author’s name has likewise to be indicated if such creations are used for presentation in scientific and educational lectures as well as for school education purposes (Article 33, Paragraph (4)).
