English: County Hall, Worcester Built when Worcestershire and Herefordshire were combined in the county reorganisation of the early 1970s.
Instead of just making do with the existing buildings or the building of a new county hall in a more central location they built it on the wrong side of Worcester - the furthest from Herefordshire. |
