Description
English: Very large scale rosette medallion pattern in offset rows. Each row has a large medallion alternating with a small medallion. The small medallions are the same in each offset row, but the two large medallions are different. Grape vine border at sides and at bottom a border of small plants. The two borders terminate at the corners which are filled in with a square containing a half medallion. Fringe at sides created by weft loops. Warp creates fringe at bottom. Top turned under and hemmed. Two loomed widths sewn together.
