Description The flight deck of the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Midway (CV-41) as crewmen work to recover a damaged McDonnell Douglas F-4J Phantom II of Fighter Squadron VF-151 "Vigilantes" hanging off the side of the ship. The damage resulted from a collision between the Midway and the Panamanian freighter Cactus.
