Summary edit

Description
English: Cranes and concrete, Belfast [8] More detail of 790315. Rather than using the more traditional scaffolding, the buildings here have been constructed using what I believe are 'mast climbers' and hoists. The masts attached to the construction support a platform that can raise workers and materials up to the desired working height.
