English: Crossed wires. In the field near Seven Acre Wood two sets of power lines cross each other, the one where the pylons are visible heading south-north from St. Neots to Torksey power station on the River Trent and the other heading east-west from Bourne to Stamford. It seems strange that the lines should need to cross like this, but no doubt there is an explanation. |
