Français : Blason ou drapeau symbolisant l’unification de quatre royaumes ou domaines.
Blasonnement (informatif) : d’argent, aux quatre croix enhendées de gueules disposées en croix autour d’une croix tréflée de sinople en abîme, aux quatre cantons marqués des romains I, II, III et IV de gueules, avec la devise De pluribus unum de sable brochant sur les deux cantons en chef.

Français : Inconnue. Origine non identifiée (probablement française, suisse ou italienne), mais la croix tréflée est celle des chevaliers de l’Ordre de Saint-Maurice : peut-être la symbolisation des quatre vallées de Savoie, Aoste, Maurienne et Piémont avant l’union dans le comté de Savoie ?
Note : la devise n’est pas exactement celle des États-Unis, très proche (E pluribus unum), ni celle de l’Europe (In uno, plures, L’union dans la diversité).
