Description
English: Microcrystals of sodium-zinc-uranyl acetate NaZn(UO2)3(CH3COO)9*9H2O, obtained by microcrystallographic method. Diluted solutions of sodium chloride and zinc-uranyl acetate were used to obtain crystals. Microcrystallographic analysis consists in studying the shape, color and size of the crystals formed between the test substance and the reagent by which an unknown substance or ion can be identified. The photograph was taken by a computer using a digital camera for a microscope. Increase 40x
