Two-storey, local grade listed corner building with basement. Building history plaque: "Fischel House is a building of local importance. Mrs. Fischel Filipné's tenement house built in 1912. It was designed and constructed by local architects Bacsics and Kosák. Fülöp/Philip Fischel and his son Louis continued to operate Markbreiter's printing house, which existed in 1850, publishing more than 200 books. The printing house and Zala, the second newspaper of the city, founded in 1873, belonged to the family until 1909. Their book and paper shop existed until 1944.//The memorial plaque was installed in 2005: the 10-year-old Czupi Publishing House" - 27A Csengery Road = 17/a Kisfaludy Sándor, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.
