Europa/Europe House. Built in 2000 Planned by Béla Balassa. Its facade decorated with ceramic cover by painter Zoltán Ludvig. Building history plaque: Hauser House. János Hauser, a member of the ironmerchant dynasty, bought the three-house plot in 1843, building his tent house. At 11 Csengery Road, his son built according to the plans of Mór Geiszl, then the houses were bought by the Frank company. Its new owner, Izidor Breuer, expanded it in the 1920s with the part at 46 Zrínyi Street. The House of Europe, designed by Béla Balassi and Zoltán Ludvig, was built by Zoltán Czobor in 2000.//The memorial plaque was erected in 2006: Pillar-I Ltd. - 9 Csengery Road=c. 44 Zrínyi Street, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

Európa-ház. Épületkerámia dísze (Felállítás 2000, Ludvig Zoltán (festőművész alkotása). A 2000-ben átadott, és Balassa Béla tervezte Európa-ház Nagykanizsa egyik impozáns épülete Korábban Hauser-ház állt itt. Emléktábla: "Hauser-ház. Hauser János a vaskereskedő dinasztia tagja 1843-ban vásárolta a három háznyi telket felépíttettve satrokházát. Csengery út 11. alatt fia építkezett Geiszl Mór tervei szerint, majd a házakat a Frank cég vette meg. Újabb gazdája, Breuer Izidor 1920-as években bővítette a Zrínyi utca 46. alatti résszel. A Balassi Béla és Ludvig Zoltán tervezte Európa-házat 2000-re építtette fel Czobor Zoltán.//Az emléktáblát állíttatta a 2006 esztendőben: Pillér-I Kft."
