Description
English: This photo of a Cuban Pygmy Owl (Glaucidium siju) was taken by Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Marty Parsons in May 2008 across from the Naval Station’s Tierra Kay housing complex. It took two weeks for Parsons, assigned to Joint Task Force Guantanamo, to capture this photo and this type of owl is unique in that it is only as tall as someone's hand.
