Description
English: Cwm Craf, Blorenge Looking east along the upper slopes of Cwm Craf, the prominent hollow on the northeast face of Blorenge facing Abergavenny. The hollow was excavated by a small glacier during the Ice Age (the majority of glacial cwms and corries face northeast)and reveals various rock strata in the steep headwall. 'Brownstones' are capped by 'Quartz conglomerate' and a thin band of limestone which has been extensively quarried along the rim of the cwm. Ysgryd Fach in the distance SO3113.
