Koro / Brûle-parfums (détail) Un des trois démons porteurs de la coupe du brûle-parfum. 1870 Bronze et métal doré 280 x 130 cm Japon Fondeur Suzuki Chokichi (1848-1910) Collection Khalili (Londres)

Ce bronze monumental a été exposé au Kunstgewerbemuseum de Berlin en 1886 et certainement dans une des Expositions Universelles de la fin du XIXè siècle car plusieurs oeuvres en bronze de ce maître fondeur, travaillant avec le soutien du pouvoir impérial, ont été exposées dans les Expositions Universelles. Les archives de la collection Khalili ne donnent pas davantage d'informations à ce sujet.
