עברית: תא דנדריטי מאוקטב מציג מולקולות MHC סוג 1 וסוג 2 ובהם פפטיד מן הפתוגן. בנוסף מציג התא את המולקולה קו-סטימולטורית B7. תאי T עוזרים נאיבים מופעלים על ידי מולקולת MHC סוג 2 וB7 הנקשרות לTCR ול CD28, בהתאמה. תאי T ציטוטוקסיים נאיבים מופעלים על ידי מולקולת MHC סוג 1 וB7 הנקשרות לTCR ול CD28, בהתאמה. בנוסף הן תאי T עוזרים מאוקטבים והן תאי T ציטוטוקסיים מאוקטבים עוברים פרוליפרציה כתוצאה מהשפעת אינטרלוקין 2 (IL-2) ציטוקין המופרש מתאי T עוזרים מאוקטבים.
בתאי T ציטוטוקסיים מאוקטבים נוצרות גרנולות במכילות חלבונים ציטוטוקסיים שונים האחראיים לחלק מן המנגנונים האפקטוריים של תאים אלו. |
