| Description |
English: DEMACO Spreader Head Model SAS-1000. One of the first long goods pasta spreader heads ever built. This head spread long goods pasta such as spaghetti in a long, narrow pattern instead of a circular pattern. This allowed long goods pasta to extrude longitudinally and directly over a stick used for drying instead of having to spread the pasta over the stick manually. This design helped automate long goods pasta production. |
