Deutsch: Das Wappen von Nünschweiler beruht auf einem doppelten Irrtum:
Es wurde gestaltet nach einem angeblichen Gerichtssiegel von 1758; es handelt sich dabei aber offenbar um das Privatsiegel eines Pfalz-Zweibrücker Beamten; die Farbgebung folgt ausdrücklich der von Hupp gewählten, ist diese auch durch die Identität des Nünschweiler Wappens mit dem der Grafen von Zweibrücken, der Ortsherren bis ins 14. Jahrhundert, vertretbar, so hat Hupp im Gegensatz zu seiner Beschreibung ein silbernes Feld gewählt. |
