Description
English: US Marine Corps (USMC) Marines assigned to 3/8 Kilo Company, 1st Platoon, 2nd Marine Division, armed with 5.56mm M16A2 rifles, clear a room during a predawn raid on an apartment complex in Port-Au Prince, Haiti. The complex was believed to be the location where Marines had been taking sporadic fire from since they arrived in Port-Au Price. USMC Marines with Haitian National Police, who translate and enforce Haitian laws, conduct raids to find weapons and other violations of the law.
