English: Myosin coalescence in DRhoGEF2 maternal mutants. A short movie of an UbiCadh-GFP,Sqh-mCherry/DRhoGEF2I(2)04291 embryo imaged using time-lapse confocal microscopy showing an early stage of dorsal closure. Note the absence of Myosin II coalescence. The total elapsed time is 800 sec and the frame rate is 5 s/frame.
