Description
English: Portion of a balustrade showing one complete baluster and portions of two others. There is a hand rail at the top and a base molding at the bottom. This balustrade design paper was used to separate two different papers in the upper and lower halls of the house at 314 Essex Street, Salem, Massachusetts. This balustrade design was also often used at the bottom of a scenic paper. Printed in grisaille and green.
