Deutsch: Rechts auf dem Bild: das jetzige Präsidialgebäude der Kgl. Regierung in Düsseldorf (Statthalterpalais) auf der Mühlenstraße, das demnächst niedergelegt wird, um einem neuen Justizgebäude Platz zu machen.
Links auf dem Bild: An der Ecke der Mühlenstraße, am Friedrichsplatz (Grabbeplatz) hat das Gebäude (Düsseldorfer Stadthaus) einen turmartigen Aufbau, der ehemals als Sternwarte und als Station für den optischen Telegraphen benutzt worden ist. Foto Dr. Quedenfeldt, Düsseldorf
