Description
English: Structure of Debromoaplysiatoxin (DAT), a potent tumor promtoer isolated from the digestive gland of a sea hare Stylocheilus longicauda and also from blue-green algae Lyngbya majuscula. DAT is an activator of protein kinase C (PKC) isozymes. DAT showed less tumor-promoting activity compared to aplysiatoxin (ATX).
