Description
English: U.S. Navy crew members man the rails aboard the guided missile destroyer USS Lynde McCormick (DDG-8), one of three guided missile destroyers that were decommissioned on 1 October 1991. The destroyers USS Robison (DDG-12), USS Buchanan (DDG-14) and Lynde McCormick were decommissioned in a combined ceremony at Naval Station San Diego, California (USA). Note that the radars have already been removed from Lynde McCormick´s mast.
