Summary edit

Description
English: When a reaction releases energy it is in the form of heat. If that heat is allowed to build in the reactor without being removed there is a potential that a new activation energy hurdle can be cleared. When too much heat builds up within a reactor the possibility does exist that the materials inside will decompose and go to a much lower energy state releasing even more energy. This decomposition and release of energy could be catastrophic.
