Description
English: Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Ian M. Kearl aims an M240G medium machine gun in the dense tropical brush of the Kahuku Training Area on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, on July 15, 2004. The training area is serving as a simulated terrorist training camp controlled by opposition forces participating in Rim of the Pacific Exercise 2004. Rim of the Pacific is an international exercise that enhances the joint cooperation and proficiency of maritime and air forces of Australia, Canada, Chile, Peru, Japan, Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States.
