Description
English: U.S. Navy Fireman Apprentice Antoinette Marshall uses a milling machine in the machine repair shop aboard the USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) to fabricate a replacement clamp while at sea on Aug. 3, 2005. Marshall, from Huntsville, Texas, is a Navy machinery repairman aboard the aircraft carrier. Machinery repairmen aboard the Kitty Hawk cut, shape and finish various metals to fix or replace broken parts to keep the ship's equipment running.
