Ross Drenning, of Carrier Air Wing 2, and an aviation ordnanceman run to the next cycle during flight operations aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) as an F/A-18E Super Hornet launches in the background while underway in the Persian Gulf on June 30, 2008. The Lincoln is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility to support maritime security operations.
