English: U.S. Navy Seaman Bryan Domingue, assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron 22, cleans the canopy on an F/A-18F Super Hornet aircraft aboard the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility on April 23, 2011. The Carl Vinson and Carrier Air Wing 17 were conducting maritime security operations and close air support missions.
