Deutsch: Niklaus von Flüe oder Bruder Klaus (* 1417; † 21. März 1487 im Flüeli bei Sachseln im Kanton Obwalden) war ein Schweizer Einsiedler, Asket und Mystiker. Er gilt als Schutzpatron der Schweiz. Denkmalgestaltung durch Bildhauer Hubertus Mayr.
English: Niklaus von Flüe or Bruder Klaus (born 1417 – †21 March 1487 in the Flüeli in Sachseln in the canton of Obwalden) was a Swiss hermit, ascetic and mystic. He is regarded as the patron saint of Switzerland. Monument design by sculptor Hubertus Mayr.
