Nederlands: Detail van een oude Franse kaart van het departement Nedermaas (département de la Meuse-Inférieure). De departementsgrenzen zijn aangegeven met stippel-streeplijnen; de arrondissementsgrenzen met stippellijnen. Hier het arrondissement Maastricht. Rurdorf en Welz (bij Jülich; rechts op de kaart) vormden een enclave in het Roerdepartement, behorend bij Nedermaas (arrondissement Maastricht, kanton Rolduc).
