This is a crop of a larger 1857 map of the Indian nations and tribes of the territory of Washington and of the territory of Nebraska west of the mouth of the Yellowstone.

Description
English: This crop shows approximately the Snohomish River watershed, and includes labels for different Native American tribes. The map uses outdated spellings for multiple placenames and peoples: Skywamish refers to Skykomish river and people; and Snoqualmoo refers to Snoqualmie people.
