English: Basic ingredients that define this traditional sauce: (Right to Left) green onion, garlic, onion, dried black pepper, dried capsicum, fresh green bell pepper, red and yellow peppers (Capiscum chinense), tomato paste, fresh tomatoes, fermented locust bean (Parkia biglobosa), dry beans, peanut butter, fermented tamarind seed pods (Tamarindus indica); with the teaspoon 'yokhos' (dried oysters) and the larger, lighter-color 'touffa' dried whelk. Not shown including meat (as available), peanut oil (any other cooking oil as available) or salt to taste. The quantities shown were used in their entirety together for one recipe that fed 12 people.
