Description
Français : Reproduction du "Diagramme de Bertillon", dit aussi "le redant", ou "la forteresse", par lequel Bertillon, improvisé expert en écriture, tenta de convaincre les juges militaires de la culpabilité d' Alfred Dreyfus. C'est l'illustration de la théorie de l' "autoforgerie" selon laquelle Alfred Dreyfus a lui-même imité, avec des maladresses volontaires, sa propre écriture dans le "Bordereau" litigieux. Cette théorie vola en éclats, le sérieux et même la santé mentale d'Alphonse Bertillon furent mis en doute. Ce document, publié par "la Vie Illustrée", comporte un portrait de Bertillon.
