| Description |
English: The two afternoon runs on the 129 yesterday were run by Optare Versa 30910. 30910 was new to Nottingham City Transport as their 307 and originally registered YK08 EPA, carrying white Network branding for the Pathfinder 100 service to Southwell. Like Nottingham City Transport's other Versas, this bus's career there was short-lived, being sold to Ipswich Buses in 2013, where it became their 145. It was purchased by Midland Classic in 2021 where it was numbered 20 and eventually given its current private plate of JB08 MCL, before being renumbered 30910 after Midland Classic's takeover by Rotala.
This is possibly the poshest Versa I've ever seen, as it not only has an air-con pod on the roof but also coach-style seats, both of which have been in this bus since new! 30910 is seen waiting in Baxter Gate prior to working the 15:05 departure of the 129 to Ashby-de-la-Zouch. |
