Description
English: Time lapse movie of RFP-ATM1 (IQ-tail) expressed in an abaxial leaf epidermal cell of N. benthamiana. Images were acquired every 1.3 second and are run at 8 frames per second. It is shown that ATM1 dots are mostly stationary but rarely motile dots are seen.
