Summary edit

Description Although the monument on Mitchell Hill to "local boy made good then was done badly to" General Sir Hector MacDonald stands high and imposing atop the Hill, when viewed from Dingwall itself it barely manages to protrude above the tree line. It is however a beautiful structure and well worth a trip up the hill to see close up.
