English: The speed of Listeria movement decreased in dynamin2 siRNA cells. HeLa cells stably expressing GFP-actin were transfected with dynamin2 siRNA, infected with Listeria, and observed. Images were collected every 5 s for 300 s. Frame rate, 7 frames/s.
